Xenium, an HR Services Consulting firm, is seeking a Human Resource Representative / Onsite Recruiter to work for our client located in Milwaukie. This position is 30 hours a week with a potential of additional hours during peak times.

We are seeking a results-oriented human resources professional for this creative, professional, progressive client. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, strategic partner who appreciates being an active contributor.

DUTIES

The Human Resource Representative / Onsite Recruiter will provide onsite HR services along with the support of the Xenium HR Business Partner and wider team.

The main focus of this position will be recruiting - including professional/creative positions, sales/account management, technical (creative services) as well as some entry-level. Other duties may include new employee onboarding, employee relations and some administrative support (benefits administration, unemployment, etc) among other areas of HR service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 to 5 years of Recruiting experience required. Experience in creative/marketing space, a plus.
  • Bachelor Degree in HR or related field required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written
  • Must demonstrate trustworthiness, confidentiality, initiative and flexibility.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills also required.
