Develop and deliver all facets of active recruiting success throughout the organization. Use and develop local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Ensure that the organization is hiring the best possible talent available.

Develop and execute recruiting plans and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

Assist the Human Resources Department in implementing a system to track the organization's recruiting efforts for recordkeeping and reporting purposes.

Effectively and efficiently fill open position(s) by leading the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for the position(s).

Work with the Human Resources Director and Manager to assist in company-wide succession planning.

Research and recommend new sources for passive candidates; Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
Use professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

Performs other duties as assigned by Manager.
Minimum 2 year degree in a business-related field. Must have at least 2 years experience in a recruiting environment.

Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft software.
Experience with electronic and other recruiting sources.
Experience utilizing electronic or other organizational tools to track recruiting efforts.
Good typist (45-50 wpm). Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Must be organized; self-starter.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Ability to keep confidential information secure.
