Job Summary Description:
Responsible for a full range of support activities which ensure the operational effectiveness, data integrity and auditing of HRMS systems.

Primary Responsibilities / Tasks:
Accurately documents customer calls/issues; logs them into ticketing tool and works directly with customers, team members and other support groups to resolve.

Performs data analysis and corrections in PeopleSoft in a timely manner; tracks requests made to parent company to correct HR data in their system as well.

Monitors nightly HR interface with parent company and works to resolve errors and inconsistencies to ensure high level of data integrity.

Conducts audits on ticketing data to confirm that best practices are being followed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting PeopleSoft HR modules.

Possesses and applies knowledge of HR systems to the completion of assignments.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, customer service, communication and critical thinking skills.
