Perform a critical role in the design, testing, and implementation of Shanghai Disney Resort HR systems. The suite of SHDR HR systems to be supported include an HR system of record (SAP), a compensation planning solution (CMS), recruitment solutions for attracting, evaluating and on-boarding candidates (Global Staffing) and the integration of HR data across HR and non-HR systems. This role is routinely required to partner with technical and functional teams across the enterprise to ensure the effective delivery of integrated system and process solutions. Tasks include, but are not limited to: identifying system and process enhancement opportunities, performing testing of enhancements, developing and communicating end user training, and troubleshooting system issues.
Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative manner with remote team members in various time zones
Proven ability to multi-task and follow up independently
Proven strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to share creative and new ideas
Proven ability to handle confidential information
Demonstrated understanding of advanced SAP functions
Proven experience with one or more of the following: SAP Time/Pay implementations, contract management solutions, implementing additional languages in SAP including language integration with up & downstream systems.
Proven ability to lead business process design efforts
Proven experience in the development and delivery of training
Proven ability to learn and evaluate new software applications
Proven strong background in system testing
Previous experience implementing HR systems in China
Proven ability to work in a dynamic work environment
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio
Previous experience working with diverse cultures
Previous experience with Quality Center or similar system
Bachelors degree or equivalent
