This position is being recruited for at the Contributing Competency Level under the Career Banding Program. The hiring range for this positin is $25,000 - $28,738, and the salary grade equivalent is 54. **THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN PITTSBORO, NC**

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The CLLC is a residential and vocational center for adults with autism situated on a farm. The job duties include directly supervising adults with autism, providing assistance with all their daily needs, and providing training in their home and on the farm. Staff members also supervise and participate in both indoor and outdoor recreation activities and in community outings with the clients. ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Position/Work Schedule Requirements: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities in residential setting is preferred.

Special Physical/Mental Requirements:
The position does require ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and ability to assist with the upkeep of the houses and grounds.

M-F 350 - 1150
