We are searching for a dynamic Head/Director, Recruiting to lead our recruitment function across our 3 US locations. Key responsibilities –
Plan, develop, execute and direct the strategies, budgets, processes and programs that drive successful attraction and recruitment of top-tier candidates in an aggressive hiring model with a focus on leveraging social networks to proactively source
Build and develop a high performing strategic recruitment function by effecting measureable, positive impact on the caliber of talent.
Develop meaningful goals and objectives/performance scorecard for recruiters
Establish and develop effective working relationships with the HR and the Leadership Team
Develop a systematic recruiting process that allows us to scale the business rapidly.
Anticipate and understand hiring needs
Leverage recruiting resources to fill positions in a timely manner
Ensure that the recruitment lifecycle/process is agile, flexible and candidate-focused
Manages OKL’s campus recruiting efforts
Partner with the HR Leadership team to develop, communicate and market OKL’s Employment Brand
Minimum 7 years of full cycle, high volume recruiting experience with demonstrated success in placing employees at all levels
Must have experience managing a recruiting staff
Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with company employees and professional groups
Strong knowledge of online application tracking systems- preferably Jobvite
Must possess strong sourcing skills, assessment abilities and recruiting network
Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment
Evidence of leadership and communication styles that build alliances and promote teamwork via results
Must possess a professional demeanor and strong client service skills
Ability to successfully multi-task and execute
Bachelor’s degree preferred
