is located with the Metropolitan Action Commision and is responsible for integrating the educational aspects of the Head Start daily program to help children learn and develop social, intellectual, physical, and emotional skills. Provide a positive learning environment for children.

Work hours (7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.)

Typical Duties:
Responsible for integrating the educational aspects of the Head Start daily program
Provide children with a learning environment and varied experiences
Help children develop socially, intellectually, physically, and emotionally

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and/or the equivalent hours equal to a major in Early Childhood Education

Previous work experience with young children Ability to promote the appropriate development skills in young children
Teamwork experience
A Valid Tennessee Driver’s License is required.
