Bachelor's degree and 6-10 years of relevant experience in management, banking, product management and development
In depth knowledge of specific Treasury (Cash Management) products.

As Head of Product Management, you will lead a team that is charged with a product line contribution as a business unit. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company and growing revenue and customer relationships. You will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with internal IT and Operations partners to define product release requirements. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external advocate for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.
The Head of Product Management role is strategic, not tactical. The other organizations will support your strategic efforts; you won't be supporting their tactical tasks.
Lead a team responsible for supporting and contributing to the management and strategic direction for as all Cash Management products. Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to meet market share and revenue goals
Monitor profit margin targets and managing revenue and expense drivers, including pricing, Contribute to product pricing, cost structure, process design, supporting senior leadership
Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. Team will provide ongoing product support and enhancing market visibility
Drive solution sets across development teams (primarily Development and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning. Facilitate and support the development and project management of the implementation of new products and services
Ensure quality assurance and managing vendor and client contracts
Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
Participate in bank-wide conversion projects including acquisitions, system conversions, and/or transformation projects.
Expected to collaborate with internal and external business partners daily in order to achieve departmental goals. Assist in implementation of policies and procedures, including process design, system changes, and special project management and roll-out. Collaborate with management on due diligence activities and provide portfolio management in terms of profitability, performance, and customer service.
Work with senior leadership on credit parameters to ensure appropriate credit space is achieved, obtaining the desired risk/return balance
Support overall goal of achieving high caliber customer service and support
Maintain department procedures and systems processes
Work collaboratively with internal and external business partners, such as Marketing, Finance, Retail Bank, Operations, Credit and Collections
Support the development of business requirements and user testing plans for system modifications; working in conjunction with systems administrators to update products as needed
