Position Summary

The Health Coach Role is a Non-Exempt position reporting to the Senior Call Center Manager and compensation includes a competitive base salary plus the possibility of commission. Incumbents are responsible for achieving targeted sales goals by educating and promoting PRN products to a lead generated customer base regarding the PRN supplementation program as recommended by their health care provider and providing nutritional product coaching by utilizing detailed, in-depth knowledge of the company’s nutritional products and programs. Applicants should have an outstanding ability to communicate via the telephone.

Role Priorities:

Inside Sales - Be comfortable in selling product specific nutriceuticals by communicating nutritional program guidelines; following up with warm leads received and closing customers on service for their supplementation as recommended by health care providers.

Health Coach Support - Provide professional, courteous and knowledgeable nutritional product related guidance through both inbound and outbound communication.

Customer Service - Be professional, courteous and efficient, telephone, electronic, and interpersonal communication, through both inbound and outbound communication.

  • Spanish and/or French fluency preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Science/Health, such as Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Nursing, Public Health, ND, Wellness, Health Promotion or Dietary field
  • Knowledge of vitamins & supplements preferred
  • Advanced multitasking capabilities
  • Requires ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
  • At least 1-2 years sales/customer service experience
  • Skilled in computer communications and data entry
