We now seek highly qualified seasoned professionals to join our industry-leading Information Operations Strategy team as Senior Associates focused within the Health care industry.

Qualifications

Key role:
Serve as a comprehensive Project Manager - planning, organizing, and driving project execution, while guiding and directing junior Health TechOps team members. Provide thought leadership and creative insights to help identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to health client's strategic success. Develop key hypotheses and insights; defining and managing all data collection initiatives, structuring sophisticated analyses and managing daily interaction with clients to establish requirements and to ensure assignment progress. Interpret results from multiple project components and translate these findings into clear and compelling recommendations and solutions; ensuring integration of multiple pieces against project goals. Work closely with client team members to generate practical solutions and ensuring health payer clients assume the ownership required for successful implementation. Attract, retain, develop and motivate a team of highly qualified staff. Develop long-term relationships with existing clients at a senior level and participate in client presentations and proposal writing.

Educational Requirements:
An Advanced degree, such as a MBA, MS or PhD required

Clinical degrees highly valued

The degree should be from a fully regionally accredited University

Top 20 University - highly preferred

Basic qualifications for Health TechOps Senior Associates:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant functional post-graduate work experience in a consulting environment (i.e. strategy, boutique or Big 4 consulting firm, or in an internal consulting capacity) showing progressive advancement and a record of achievement

Ability to travel up to 100%

Strong understanding of operations within multiple care delivery settings

Understanding of cost structure and cost drivers of various care delivery organizations (hospitals, ambulatory clinics, home care, etc.)

Additional qualifications:
Strong analytical skills

Broad experience managing various teams at all project phases and an exemplary track record in providing client satisfaction

Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with the capability to structure and oversee sophisticated hypothesis-driven analyses

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management

A self-starter, assertive, with a high degree of self-confidence and good executive presence

Practical experience in two or more of the following:
− Strategy or strategic planning

− Strategic project leadership

− Organizational restructuring/transformation

− Operations or Information Technology

− Finance or business operations

− Business development, marketing, or sales

Demonstrated leadership and/or relationship-building skills

Providing analysis and recommendations to provider industry clients in one or more of the following areas:

Benchmarking provider costs and capabilities

Cost reduction strategies

Service quality improvement

Process improvement across multiple clinical settings / functional areas:

Hospitals (clinical and support functions)

Ambulatory clinics

Home care

Long-term care / rehab.

Streamlining SG&A functions through application of best practices and process re-engineering

HR

Finance

Facilities

Legal
