Healthcare Access Associate
Summary: Responsible for efficient and orderly admission of inpatients, registration of outpatients and emergency room patients. Ensures that accurate information is collected. Handles routine patient inquiries and problems. Ensures that all incoming telephone calls are promptly and courteously answered and routed to the correct extension within the hospital.
Must be available to report to work within 2 hours of notification 24/7
CPR certification required within 6 months of hire.
Report to: Revenue Cycle Director
Status: Irregular – On Call
Schedule: All shifts, all days
