This position is responsible for system test planning, coordination of hardware and software integration, and direction of system test and acceptance on simulation programs.
Will draft and review test procedures that will comprehensively evaluate application trainer upgrades or development
Will trace test procedures to applicable development requirements in conjunction with the systems engineering team
Will monitor and control testing aspects of the program for cost, schedule and technical issues
Will participate in testing events
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Technical degree desired
8+ years of related experience in use, of simulation training devices and products
Must have experience interfacing with the customer and be able to explain technical concerns
Must have the ability to lead a team of engineers and be self motivated to address, evaluate and if necessary, correct testing concerns
Knowledge of ASW platform mission systems
Knowledge of mine warfare mission systems
Navy MH-60 helicopter experience preferred
