In this role you will support a multitude of technologies predominately Microsoft and will function in a Help Desk and/or Field Support role. - 4+ years support experience.
- Experience troubleshooting/installing Active Directory, Windows, Exchange and VMWare.
- Proficient troubleshooting experience with MS Office.
- Firewall experience: Prefer SonicWall and/or Cisco PIX and ASA.
- Prefer SQL Server backup experience and trouble ticketing experience with ConnectWise.
- Reliable transportation (mileage will be reimbursed).
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting a wireless network.
- Desire to learn and grow within a company.
- Excellent customer service/support abilities.
