The Client Services Software Consultant works as a member of a team that provides training, technical support and end user support for Clients. This team and its individual members are responsible for the ongoing relationship with existing clients and accountable for client satisfaction. In addition to handling support calls from clients as a team member, the Client Services Software consultant leads and conducts end user training sessions with client representatives. The Client Services Software Consultant works under general supervision and reports to the Client Services Team Leader.
Advanced CSR / Customer Service Experience, Intermediate MS/Access, Candidate needs to have accounting knowledge.
Candidate MUST have 1-2 Help Desk Experience.
