Candidate Profile
Affinnova, Inc. is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to join our IT team. The Help Desk Specialist I is responsible for providing laptop and desktop (PC and Mac), phone and Blackberry support This individual will be our primary Tier 1 help desk/desktop support technican managing our ticketing system, and be the first line of support for Affinnova’s global employee's.

Candidate Profile

Requirements:
2-4 years of hands on (face to face and telephone) experience supporting users.

Must have significant experience configuring and supporting:
Windows XP – 7
Office 2002 – 2010
Mac OS X Tiger and newer
VPNs
Blackberry devices (in a corporate environment)
Phenomenal troubleshooting skills
Outstanding communication skills
Confidence when working with users, both in person and over the phone
Very good prioritization skills
Extremely strong I.T. fundamentals
Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
Must have a reliable automobile
