Help Desk Support
Help Desk Phone support, must have excellent communication skills and end user customer experience. This is 90% phone support position. Support of end users via phone and Remote Desktop, resolve all aspects of Level 1 and 2 issues. The manager is looking for someone to fill the position slot of 8:00am - 5:00pm with occasionally requiring the individual to work the 11:30 - 8pm shift. Below is a list of programs they support
