DESCRIPTION

Assist with Help Desk problem tickets, desktop support, virus cleaning, new machine set-up, printer problems, diagnosing problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

The applicant for this position should be a technically-adept current, graduating, or prospective college student with a major or a strong interest in computer science and familiarity with Windows. The applicant must have an understanding of basic networking concepts and be able to communicate well with both technical and non-technical staff. A minimum commitment of 6 weeks is requested
