Job Summary: Contribute to the hospital''s mission through effective delivery and support of technology systems and services. Provide high quality customer assistance, documentation, problem resolution, and escalation. Responsible for system monitoring, workload processing, and report distribution. Provide first and second level desktop dispatch assistance for applications, desktop and peripheral support for the Hospital''s computing environment. Understand and enforce all data security and physical security standards. Job Requirements: Associates technical degree or equivalent education/experience in technology operations. One to two years experience in a technology service and support capacity. Strong inter-personal skills and customer service focus is required. Certifications with Intel based PC hardware and Windows NT/MS Office software required. Experience in the education and support of end users is highly desirable. Flexible coverage for on site/on call support for 24 x 7 operation is required.
Must be flexible to work other shifts to meet staffing needs.
