Troubleshoot problems throughout multiple branch locations on problems with hardware, software, networking, and more while providing excellent end user support.

Problem solving would involve the use of internal trouble ticket system, phone support, remote administration of PC’s across the network, as well as localized issues depending on the region. Technicians can also at time be assigned other projects and tasks to work on in conjunction with troubleshooting problems.

May include but not limited to:
Installation of Windows Software such as Windows XP, Vista, 7, Server 2003, Server 2008, Exchange, SQL, Vmware, Office products, etc. Building virtual machines, upgrading bank wide software and systems, inventory of assets, etc. Other software specific to the bank but cover multiple departments.

Technicians become proficient with each piece of software through training and hands on experience. Other tasks and projects dependent on skill level.

While the primary function of the technician is to provide end user support internally and to some external customers, there is room for growth with this position to learn different systems and test the skillsets of an individual.
