- Ensures all staff members are signed in and ready for service at the start of all shifts.
- Greets and seats guests
- Assigns table and server to guests.
- Records reservation requests, as required.
- Remains aware of restaurant activity and maintains an efficient working environment conducive to quality dining at all times.
