This job listing is for a SEASONAL role: hours vary throughout the year depending on the operational schedule of the park and guest attendance. Hours are not guaranteed and role may be scheduled for fewer than 15 - 35 hours in one week.

JOB FUNCTION: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain guest relations. Control payment of all guest checks. Must be able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays
Greet and seat all customers with polite, courteous and efficient service.
Arrange for special seating needs (wheel chair, high chair, large parties, reservations).
Cash out all customers ensuring that guest checks and payments are in balance.
Ensure Front of House Lead is aware of any guest concerns and resolve any that you are able to.
Complete daily Shift Change Checklist.
Assist with Bussing and Cleaning of tables
Comply with the company values including our mission of “creating memories worth repeating”
Follow all Darien Lake, state, and federal mandates
Other Duties as assigned
There are no supervisory requirements for this position.
Minimum age is 16
Must at least be in pursuit of high school diploma or GED
Must be able to read and write the English language
Ability to remain professional and solutions-oriented in a fast paced, guest-focused role
Must be guest focused and a team player
Good communication skills
Comfortable handling money

The noise level is generally moderate.
