As the Public Areas Attendant, you are responsible to service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas including public and employee restrooms; lobby and office areas.

Additional responsibilities include:
-Respond to guest requests;
-public building poll area cleanliness;
-Deep clean the fitness rooms such as the exercise room, massage rooms and bathrooms, and stock linens and water. Clean machines on a daily basis;
-Guest elevators must be cleaned and maintained throughout the day; -Clean and polish glass windows on a daily basis;
-Vacuum all carpet areas;
-Polish all furniture on a daily basis;
-Assist in other areas to help run a smoother operation

-Experience working in upscale hotel environment that provides a superior level of guest service with professionalism and discretion
-Excellent attention to detail -Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to effectively communicate with department managers, team members and guests
-Must possess a strong team spirit
-Treat each guest with respect and professionalism. Possess and demonstrate the ability to interact with all guests, internal and external, effectively with tact and diplomacy in line with property's service standards;
-Ability to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing with guests and fellow team members;

-Ability to lift/transport at least 50 pounds;
-Ability to reach above head and shoulder height to perform job duties;
-Ability to stand and exert well paced mobility for an eight (8) hour shift;
-Must be able to squat, bend, kneel and twist.
