This position is located in Serra Mesa.
8 hour shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, May be open 7:00 am – 3:30 pm and 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Requires 2-4 years of current experience in human resources
- Healthcare setting work exp preferred
- Requires proficient computer skills
- Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to exercise sound judgment, timely follow up and must be detail oriented
The HR Representative provides initial consultation, education and guidance to employees regarding system wide HR processes and programs such as employee new hire administration, benefits eligibility and enrollment, and leave of absence administration. The HR Rep maintains employee data entry, ensuring all entries are accurate and appropriate according to system data management guidelines.
The Human Resources department supports 6 SHC entities; this position support the Mesa Vista, McDonald Center and Home Health Divisions of Sharp Memorial Hospital.
