McGrath Systems is seeking an On Premise Staffing Manager to work at our location in Fairless Hills, PA.
Ensures that the client remains properly staffed with high caliber, well suited temporary associates as well as continuously recruits and retains a quality pool of available temporary associates:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Treats applicants with dignity and respect and utilizes their time wisely in the screening and evaluation process. Ensures applicants are appropriately pre-screened in accordance with company standards (I-9, behavior and skill based interviewing, reference checks, lead generation, etc.); conveys McGrath Systems as the "employer of choice;" thoroughly orients individuals relative to policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, etc.; maintains contact with high quality applicants; ensures applicant records are coded appropriately and remain up to date.
Follows-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the performance of newly placed individuals for temporary and regular work assignments; maintains contact with recently placed applicants; promptly addresses any issues either party may be having; provides appropriate feedback/counsel to associate employees; terminates relationships with associates in accordance with policy for gross misconduct or sub-standard performance.
Confirms job orders that clearly indicate key responsibilities, requirements, work environment conditions, compensation, and other important specifications; utilizes s staffing process to demonstrate the Company's quality orientation and the specialist's professionalism and capabilities; probes and cancels problem job orders where needed.
Creates and maintains all employee, client and work order documentation in Sendouts.
Handle customer service escalations and other issues.
Assists with coordination of standard office practices; responsible for the internal audit of Branch documentation; produces productivity reports. Assists with operations and corporate initiatives.
Focuses efforts on client retention; continually works to enhance relationships; utilizes quality control methods to ensure clients remain well satisfied with the services and staffing solutions provided by McGrath Systems.
Partners with other McGrath Systems employees in identifying applicant skill deficiencies and coordinating recruitment efforts to address skill gaps.
Follows the McGrath Systems Health and Safety Program including preplanning to identify conditions and exposures, proper safety and personal protective equipment and accident investigation and reporting.
Secures all safety equipment and personal protection equipment (PPE) necessary for himself/herself and crewmembers to maintain a safe work operation.
Completes thorough preplanning that successfully identifies unique site conditions, major exposures and controls.
Prepares daily documentation/tracking of employee by job-site. Provides report to CEO weekly.
Prepares and coordinates incident reports to corporate headquarters
Three plus years successful operations experience with staffing industry competitor or other local, private or franchised staffing company with superior staffing processes.
Knowledge and Education:
Strong preference for Bachelor Degree candidates
Must be proficient with PC skills such as: MS Office Suite, Web based software tools and CRM
Strong internet research skills with knowledge of relevant employment oriented social media sites
Background or orientation in entrepreneurial/sales, retail/customer service or human resources
Strong interviewing skills and understanding of local labor market
Knowledge of fundamental human resources concepts and basic employment law regulations in regards to the recruiting and staffing process.
