Auto/Mate Dealership Systems is looking for a college student with a Business, Management, or Human Resources major to participate in a Winter / Spring internship in our Human Resources Department. Assist the Human Resources department in the following activities:
Supporting our full lifecycle talent management program
Sourcing job applicants using job boards and social media websites
Participating in the applicant assessment / screening process
Coordinating phone and onsite interviews with human resources department and other management staff
Maintaining data in an applicant tracking system
Adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws regarding recruitment and selection of job applicants
Onboarding new hires
Must be a current junior or senior (or recent graduate) student in Business, Management, Human Resources or related field enrolled in an accredited college or university
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated individual with an outgoing personality and strong relationship building skills
