The Assistant Director will perform generalist functions in a variety of key Human Resource areas. Specific duties include: developing and/or coordinating structured employee training programs, working with responsibility centers regarding organizational development and succession plans, overseeing various recruitment related processes including applicant tracking and applicant testing, verifying eligibility, processing benefit application forms, remitting vendor insurance bills and annually auditing benefit enrollments, administering the tuition remission program, processing retirement plan contribution/deduction payments, assisting with VISA applications, and assisting with HR record retention program. |
Qualifications include a minimum of a Bachelor
’s degree in a related field and two years of HR generalist experience, with well-established abilities in the specific functional areas (special emphasis on training and organizational development) and ability to provide exemplary service to a highly diverse community. PHR certification is highly desired. Previous diversity training a plus.
