Responsibilities:

Review employee time cards for missing punches, correct punches and work with supervisors to update time records.

Track, manage and maintain employee uniforms.

For all plant training, track and keep training matrix up to date, communicate discrepancies to supervisors and managers.

Run weekly labor report after ensuring time records are as accurate as possible.

Update weekly safety hours.

Conduct new hire orientation.

Process changes to employee records.

Assist with employee relations/investigations including safety.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

HS Diploma/GED with 2 years of experience required.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint, and Payroll and Human Resource systems. Experience with time and attendance systems.
