HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER
The Human Resources Business Partner will consult with business leaders in the effective deployment of strategic and tactical HR support within established business groups.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include fundamental HR duties associated with a 50+ PC Center employees with some in remote locations.
The successful candidate for the position will be involved in the development and implementation of strategic HR programs in partnership with the department leadership and corporate HR teams.
This position will report to the PC HR Business Partner and play a key role in HR initiatives involving:
Strategic Workforce Planning and Staffing
Talent and Performance Management
Advising on Compensation
Other duties as assigned
Bachelors degree in human resources or related business field
5-8 years of applicable HR experience is required
Ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships with internal departments and Centers of Excellence
Strong potential to assume HR leadership roles in the future is an important asset for the successful candidates
Superior interpersonal and communication skills are critical, as is the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
A team-oriented focus and strong business acumen are also important for superior performance in this position
Position requires strong knowledge of human resource policies and procedures
SPHR or PHR certification preferred
