The Human Resource (HR) Coordinator is primarily responsible for performing general clerical, administrative and coordination duties to support all areas of Human Resources operations.

Essential Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Perform a wide variety of clerical, technical, administrative and office support duties in the HR department.

Handle confidential and sensitive information that pertains to a variety of candidate and employment matters.

Respond to requests for information and support in a prompt and courteous manner

Process and administer requests related to HR operations within specified/required timelines.

Interface effectively with team members to address questions and concerns related to their employment.

Collaborate and coordinate with other HR staff to support company-wide HR services and initiatives.

Maintain organized records and filing.

Maintain personnel files and ensure records are in compliance with company policies, practices, and applicable laws.

Answer inquiries regarding verification of employment.

Compose and type correspondence, create spreadsheets and graphics using Word, Excel, Power Point.

Prepare and/or distribute reports upon request, using PayChex or other software.

Provide overall support for special projects as requested.

Assist recruiting by serving as a point of contact for candidates, schedules interviews, coordinates recruiting dates, and conducts phone screens.

Coordinate the daily functions of the department including applicant data entry, resolving applicant issues, filing, and posting positions internally and externally.

Maintain database of current and potential candidates gathered from recruiting sources and applicant tracking systems; track candidates as they move through the recruiting process.

Help to proactively build a pipeline for field staffing- coaching and nutrition candidates.

Assist with resume screening for hiring managers and conducting initial candidate screenings.

Assist with scheduling candidate interviews, calendar management, travel arrangements, room reservations and communication to candidates as necessary; facilitate the process for recruiting and candidate expense reimbursement as necessary.

Manage new hire paperwork process to ensure appropriate on-boarding processes, paperwork and resources are set up on the first day.

Produce utilization, productivity and other standard reports from recruiting database as requested. Reports may include, but are not limited to, resumes reviewed/screened, cost per hire, telephone screens conducted, interviews conducted, hires and sources of hire.

Coordinate the logistics of Core Performance Internship process with the operations team, including building school relationships and contacts, posting Internships internally and externally, facilitate hiring process with field team, tracks and documents accordingly.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.

1+ year of recruitment/HR experience preferred.

Must maintain a high level of confidentiality with employment-related information.

F lexible and diligent with a keen sense of urgency.

Self-motivated with a focus on process improvement.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals on all levels in person or on the telephone.

Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment.

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong computer skills; proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and various Social Networking/Recruiting platforms.
