Human Resources/ Organizational Development Coordinator Position:

This is a PART-TIME position (20 hrs a week). The work schedule can be discussed according to the selected candidate.

SUMMARY:
Collaborates with the HR and OD Director to assess general training needs for the company and the employees. Support the developing, planning, coordination, communication and tracking of the Organizational Development programs for the PRLLC. Assist in preparing training programs, tools and materials to improve employee skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related Organizational Development. Minimum of 2 years of previous experience is required. Experience in facilitation, consulting training needs analysis, training design and training delivery. Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws as related to OD initiatives and/or Human Resources. Ability to demonstrate practical application of organizational development concepts and tools. Must be computer literate and bilingual (English/Spanish). Must possess the ability to work independently and to prioritize.
