Our Cleaning division manages all janitorial, floor care, specialty cleaning projects like grand openings, construction clean ups, high dust services, etc., emergency clean-ups, and materials. The Flooring division manages all installation, repairs, refinishing, and materials. The employees who make up the team at W Services Group all have varying years of experience in the retail services market. The individual experience levels range from 5 to 25 years per employee working exclusively in developing, rolling out, and successfully managing cleaning, repair and installation projects and programs for national specialty retail chains. We have a full understanding of the retailers need to have high quality services performed by qualified technicians who have been properly trained and performance assessed through documented training and follow up programs. The ideal candidate will assist the Human Resources Department with field employee schedules, IVR compliance, recruitment/job fairs, training, maintaining employee records, answering employee inquiries and assist with payroll.
Manage field employee schedules for 75 employees and growing
Ensure that all employees showed up to scheduled location via IVR check in/out process
Call employees to cover shifts when employees take time off or call out sick
Mail schedules, time cards and work orders to employees monthly and follow up to ensure all paper work was sent back correctly for payroll
Assist HR Manager in recruiting for open positions and attend job fairs in NYC as needed
Coordinates and tracks new hire paperwork
Ensures that all employee files are maintained properly
