The Human Resources Director will play a key part in building our client’s culture and growing a sense of community for their team.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to love variety, work independently, communicate well and be very organised. HastonWilliams is looking for a ‘people person’ with a proven track record in human resources. Experience may range from a variety of fields but will have a proven ability to work under pressure and prioritize. The right candidate will play an integral part in the future expansion and assist in developing the culture of our client’s company.
¦Key responsibilities involve:
Recruitment- talent assessment
HR admin and systems (including implementation of new HR systems)
benefits and payroll admin
budgeting and forecasting
hands on HR work and strategic HR projects
There will also be ad-hoc and project work such as you'd expect in a growing, dynamic company.

advanced working knowledge of state and federal employment laws
ability to be flexible and manage payroll and HR for a growing global enterprise
ability to maintain confidential information
strong written and verbal communication skills
strong attention to detail
MS Office including Excel, Powerpoint and scheduling on Outlook
Experience with HR systems, payroll systems and HRIS systems
Experience with employment law and HR policy creation/revision
Comprehensive Benefits administration experience
Bachelors degree in HR or related field or equivalent college coursework and experience is required
