This is a Full-Time position.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited university or college
Four years’ experience in Human Resources to include experience handling employee relations issues
Experience with credentialing requirements for direct service positions preferred
Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality
Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
Excellent oral and written communication skills including clarity and articulation of thoughts, appropriate grammar, style, form and punctuation
General knowledge of employment law and legal hiring practices
Ability to prioritize, coordinate and organize projects with attention to detail and accuracy oriented.
Ability to anticipate problems and take the initiative to solve them
Ability to work in fast paced and sometimes stressful environment
Possession of state-appropriate, unrestricted driver’s license and current and valid auto insurance
Reviews credentialing information for new hires to ensure appropriate documentation is received and education is appropriately verified
Ensures credentials for new hires and any changes in credentials for current staff are properly tracked in Relias
Creates and maintains contractor files, ensuring all required paperwork is completed and received.
Assists with employee relations issues to include investigation of Global Compliance cases and conducting environmental scans
Manages employee grievance process to ensure grievances and appeals are handled timely according to policy
Assists with maintenance of HRIS system to include adding and updating supervisors, forms and locations
Acts as ADP Self Service administrator, assisting staff with set up and log in issues to include password resets
Assists with creating, updating and maintaining current job descriptions
Oversees and/or conducts periodic file audits including confidential files
