Responsible for administrative support of the HR Manager. Typical responsibilities include posting job requisitions, interview scheduling, updating and maintaining recruitment files in accordance with Lowe's policies, monitoring of pre-employment background checks and drug screening, and scheduling and coordinating employee training. Greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service. Responsible for all other duties as assigned.

Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability any day of the week based on the needs of the store.
