Job Function
Under direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, this position will provide strategic staffing support for MOM Brands. While this position will primarily support corporate positions, it will also support other divisions, including manufacturing, as needed. In addition to filling job openings, this position will also carry out staffing-related projects to address high-priority goals within the HR function.
Major Job Activities/Duties
1. Complete entire staffing process to fill open positions, including sourcing and screening candidates, developing interview questions, conducting in-person interviews, assisting hiring managers in choosing most qualified candidate, making job offers, coordinating start dates and managing all communications with candidates

2. Assist other recruiters and generalists with their open positions, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and recommending candidates

3. Provide technical support to internal and external users of the Taleo Applicant Tracking System as needed

Project Work
1. Collaborate with HR team to determine needs for staffing-related projects

2. Partner with internal and external resources and conduct research and/or analysis to carry out identified projects

3. Present findings and recommendations to appropriate audience

1. Attend meetings and learn about company-wide initiatives and current activities within all areas of HR

2. Assist with any other projects or activities within the HR department as needed

  • Pursuing BA or MA degree, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Self-direction and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to judge talent
  • Knowledge of basic Human Resources practices and processes
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and ability to quickly learn new systems
