The purpose of this internship is to support theOrganizational Effectiveness function, as part of Human Resources, by assisting HR Business Partners and the MOM Brands management team in implementing a recognition strategy and process in response to the annual engagement survey results. Additionally, provide project support to other areas of HR (diversity, recruitment, benefits, or Wellness as needed) to supplement main activity on Gallup recognition program.
Responsible for processing analytics from survey to define program recipients.
Create and deliver program certificates, managerial communications, and collateral for roll-out.
Position may require support to build a business case for company recognition. Duties may include benchmarking of recognition programs across other organizations, preparing a business case and/or recommending how the program can be an authentic extension of the in-house Precision leadership methodology.
Other duties as assigned.
Currently enrolled in a degree program towards a BA in Human Resources or Organizational Leadership. Master's level preferred.
