HR PMO - New College Graduate -- Project Manager
This position will report into the HR Project Management Office and be responsible for leading projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring compliance in project lifecycle process, security standards, and quality. These projects may utilize corporate or outsourced resources. Collaboration between PMO, Operations and Centers of Excellence components is crucial to the success of this position

In addition, this position will collaborate with team to implement project management methodology and tools that support efficient and consistent roll-out of global enterprise HR programs/projects. Candidates for this position will need to be able to successfully work in a matrix organization by managing multiple directions effectively.
Develop objectives and goals of assigned program(s).
Take a hands-on approach to project management to create program strategies as well as run day-to-day implementation
Develop, document, and implement policies, processes, procedures, and training related to assigned programs or projects.
Participate in policy development for assigned program(s), maintain, administer, and interpret related policies.
Develop program/project continuous improvement strategies to increase stakeholder satisfaction
Within functional area, identify areas of improvement, develop and implement solutions.
Recommend, prioritize, and manage implementation of program enhancement methods and processes to better meet the needs of the work group.
Identify training needs associated with assigned programs or projects, develop and implement training strategies.
Develop cost estimates and implementation strategies as necessary.
Communicate and follow procedures and practices to ensure integrity of related data.
Ensure efficient use of available systems, tools, and software.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Specific Knowledge:
Act as integrator for all functions affected by assigned programs/projects, through implementation and evaluation stages.
Experience project managing HR projects or programs
Prior experience in HR Generalist or Business Partner role
Strong PC software skills.
Project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong presentation skills
Meeting facilitation skills
PMI Certification Preferred
B.S. level degree, or equivalent, in related field/MBA or Masters level degree preferred
5+ years of related experience desired but not required
1-3 years of direct project management experience preferred
