This is a Parttime position.
Bachelor's degree in human services with a minimum of five years working with IDD population, supervisory experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Extremely well organized, responsible, ability to handle multiple responsibilities and assign priorities. Ability to understand and implement state and local requirements for services.
Responsible for supervision for all IDD services for children and adults within the ICS program. Candidate would be responsible for overseeing direct care services in the Greenville Community i.e. Innovations services, Innovation Waiver services, AFL, DT, Respite and Personal Assistance. Supervise direct care staff. Ability to build relationships with individuals, their families, LME, other provider agencies and community agencies and organizations. Implementation of the ICS portion of Agency With Choice, as outlined in the Individual Service Plan. Maintain all records associated as outlined in NC Service Records Manual and ESUCP Quality Management policy with same. Ability to hire, supervise and monitor for individuals we serve with habilitative services. Monitor and maintain records of all LME changes through official communications. Self-starter needed for this position with excellent advocacy skills.
