This is a Fulltime position.
A degree from a four-year college or university in the human services field. Experience writing task analysis, short-term goals, evaluating data and writing monthly summaries. Experience teaching, public speaking and supervising service delivery. Experience with behavior management and conflict resolution. Excellent oral and written communication as well as organizational skills. Ability to accept and follow supervision and instruction.
This position will supervise Direct Care Para-professional employees and may supervise professionals. This position is responsible for ensuring best practices, supports based on the personal outcomes of the individual and/or family, compliance with all state, federal, and agency standards as required for assigned services. Coordinate the opening of all new cases: receive necessary documents, recruit providers, interview parents, attend treatment team meetings, etc. Implement individualized service plans: write task analysis, create data sheets, request and justify services. Assure the delivery of services meets or exceeds state, local and ESUCP standards through home visits or other community visits. Evaluate the effectiveness of services: interpret data, write summaries. Provide training for direct care employees and independent contractors through individual and group sessions. Maintain confidentiality. Maintain reliable transportation. Ensure services are billed in accordance with the service order.
