Fraser, Ltd. is looking for a qualified experienced individual to lead our Intellectual and Developmental Disability services program. This individual will be responsible for supervising a team of direct reports who manage 10 group homes. This individual will be managing, leading, and supervising a large department within Fraser, Ltd. Bachelor’s degree in social work, special education, or a related human services field required; Master’s level preferred. Qualified to act as a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional. Prefer a minimum of five or more years experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities and ten of more years experience working in an administrative position within a human service setting, preferably IDD. Prefer knowledge of Intermediate Care Facilities, Council on Quality and Leadership, knowledge of habilitation/rehabilitation approaches and practices, writing behavioral goals and objectives, medical, psychological, social, and educational aspects of working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Individual must have the ability to relate effectively to management, peers, people supported, guardians, and families. Time management and prioritization skills are essential.
