Woolpert is seeking a Systems Analyst/ Project Controller, Level 4, who is passionate about developing a management or technical career in the asset management industry. Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, advanced technical writing skills, and the ability to work directly with clients to gather requirements, monitor schedules and budgets, and exceed client expectations. The candidate will work with project managers and phase managers to help achieve their respective project management objectives including sow and schedule development.

Candidates that possess a working knowledge of asset management and GIS from both the public sector and consulting sector are preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Build, manage and execute the project schedule and project financials information as related to the schedule. This includes: · Input actual start and actual completion dates for all activities, · monitor progress of the project, · coordinate with all entities of the project teams, · update cost/resource information as necessary, · review the critical path, · identify changes and project impacts in the schedule, etc. · Manage and control all scheduling data through MS Project · Define and document project scope, guidelines, and coordination of resources to execute the project schedule · Determine the critical paths required to meet the overall project completion date, modify critical paths based on prevailing conditions and consult with Project leadership team to develop workarounds to overcome obstacles · Meeting Minutes and Documentation · Project Monthly Report Generation · Execute project tasks such as business analysis, training, workflow analysis, system configuration and documentation.

This position requires a BA/BS with six years' related experience or eight years' related experience.
