The Sales & Care Representatives are an integral part of our team as they are the front line voice to our customers. In this role you will be responsible for fielding inbound calls from potential and existing customers and selling our products and services.
Sales and Care Representatives will be hired as temporary, full-time employees and may transition to regular, full-time positions upon successfully completing training. During the temporary period employees are not eligible for CenturyLink benefits. If a temporary Sales and Care Representative transitions to a regular, full-time position, benefits will be available according to company policy.
Training for these positions will begin on March 11, 2013

In addition to a base pay of $10.50/hour , Sales & Care Representatives are assigned monthly sales quotas and must maintain customer service quality expectations to attain additional targeted sales incentive. Including commissions/sales incentives our employees are earning over $16.00/hour. (based on Jefferson City Inbound YTD 2012 results and individual success).
- Responsible for fielding inbound calls from potential and existing customers and selling CenturyLink products and services on every call
- Performing credit reviews, establishing accounts in the billing system, and providing customer service and solutions to problems
Training is 13 weeks, M-F, 9am-6pm for the first five weeks and then M-F 10am -7pm for the balance of the training period.
You MUST be able to attend entire 13 weeks of training without time off!
Current hours of operation for the center are 8am to 9pm. Monday-Friday and Saturday 9am to 2pm. Work hours are based on seniority. Mandatory overtime may be required, based on call volumes during normal hours of operation .
