Global Touchpoints is a boutique consulting company centered around delivering highend expertise to mission critical IT and business initiatives and we are experiencing significant growth as a result of growing demand from our clients in both the public and private sector We are building dedicated practices in the areas of Big Data Mobile Computing and Predictive Analysis while servicing our current clients with software application design and development Seeking energetic articulate and experienced sales representatives with a mind for and interest in cuttingedge technology You should be a master at making a great first impression and enjoy the challenge of getting people you speak to for the first time to like you You understand the importance of listening to the customers needs and being able to think quickly on your feet Youre able to build and manage a fastgrowing list of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY contacts with quick followups and innovative ideas on how to keep potential customers interested You also believe in the value of teamwork and the benefits of helping potential customers realize their business outcomes by utilizing the expert business and IT consulting services of Touchpoints Responsibilities Create a great first impression with potential customers through phone and email communications Maintain active engagement with potential opportunities through followup communications to increase customer interest in our products Identify decision makers of potential customers that are in early stages of the buying process in order to initiate the sales process Build a pipeline of business for the Account Managers by achieving quarterly quotas of qualified leads Participate in product training sessions meetings skills training and professional development classes Document all sales communications and product updates in sales management system Develop a call list through research and personal rolodex contacts and circle of influence attendance at industry events and occasionally through outside sales prospecting Desired Skills Experience Lead development experience Inside sales and cold calling experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to actively listen be persuasive and think on your feet Ability to communicate with team members and relay information quickly Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively Experience using a sales account management customer relations software system New graduates with prior sales experience welcome to apply Salary and commissions commensurate with experience Sales, Sales executive, Account Manager, business development
