As our Account Manager , you will blend your inside sales expertise with your account management skills. Take customers from their initial product inquiry stage all the way through to proficient usage of the Knowledge Guru product. Create a seamless experience for our customers that builds on client retention. Target training managers , instructional designers, and operation personnel who want an innovative solution to helping employees learn and remember information they need to know for their jobs. Reporting to the President and Chief Product Officer, you will be an integral member of our team effort to deliver outstanding learning experiences.   • Follow up via phone calls or email to qualify our expansive sales leads generated by our marketing department. (6k+ inquiries!)
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closed sales, including executing a purchase agreement and requesting an invoice.
  • Schedule and conduct strategic web-based product demos .
  • Perform the initial post-sale product orientation .
  • Develop resources for game design and support.
  • Follow up on accounts to secure renewals.
  • Use Pardot (Marketing Automation Software) to track lead activity and Salesforce (CRM) to document sales process activity and execute follow-up tasks.
  • 2+ years of successful experience in a sales role, preferably inside sales.
  • Ambitious, disciplined, determined, results-oriented!
  • Relationship builder who develops rapport quickly and enjoys staying in touch with customer accounts.
  • Prior experience selling SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills to qualify and identify customer needs and confidently conduct online demos.
  • Bachelor degree required with above average GPA.
  • Proficient writing skills so you can put together customer support resources that let customers help themselves.
  • Process-oriented with good attention to detail to document steps in the sales process in Salesforce CRM.

First year expected total compensation expected to be $75K with anticipated growth from year to year.
