Investment Technology – Project Manager:
The Project Manager is responsible for monitoring all aspects of a project. This includes pursuit and/or project delivery including scope, timelines, resources, budget, risks and issues, relationships, and communication. It is the Project Manager’s responsibility to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds quality expectations.
The Project Manager Technician is accountable for the overall management, status reporting, and stability of project work efforts. Responsibilities include assembling and adjusting project plans, directing and monitoring daily work efforts, identifying resource needs and ensuring quality work is delivered.
The Project Manager Technician will manage multiple capital markets related projects of varying levels of complexity. The majority of these projects will be either data or finance/accounting related projects and so experience in these areas will be key. The team is small and so the candidate must be able to work at the detailed level of projects, understanding what the project is about, the products involved and how it fits into the larger business direction.
The candidate must strongly enforce accountability and be accountable for the success of their projects irrespective of obstacles. He/She must be client focused, have great communication skills and be capable of identifying risks across infrastructure, technology and business areas.

Provides Project Oversight for multiple complex projects and communicates with project managers and client management during the process. Acts as a sponsor for all project stakeholders and helps manage project acceptance. Has experience with project management and is knowledgeable of the organization’s project management procedures including estimating. Experienced in mediating conflicts regarding project content and delivery, communicating at management levels and assuring that projects are on time and within budget. Protects the interest of the organization as well as those of the parties involved
Has a clear understanding of project management including planning, communication, leadership, project integration, and the ability to manage risk, resources, scope, costs and quality. Demonstrates the ability to reliably and responsibly take action or mobilize resources to solve problems or unexpected issues. Assures that client deliverables are correct, within budget and timely. Recognizes incipient problems and communicates them to management. Demonstrates effective time management. Motivates and energizes team members to meet project goals. Communicates project objectives clearly and effectively. Acts as a partner in achieving project success

Experience: 5-10 years Project Management experience
Certification: PMP (preferred)
Tools experience: Microsoft Project Professional, Microsoft Office, BO Reports,
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience

b) Provide consent, through a signed statement, allowing Investments Compliance to receive duplicate confirmations of transactions in such accounts
c) Pre-clear through the Pre-Trade Clearing Process any personal security trades as will be further described upon employment. The Pre-Trade Clearing Process involves a check against a restricted security/issuer list, maintained by Investments Compliance, based on Allstate Investments’ and Allstate’s activities and dealings in the financial markets
d) Answer certain compliance questions regarding any affiliations with investment advisers, violations of state or federal securities laws, or actions taken against you by securities regulators
e) Annually (and as otherwise required) confirm compliance with the Allstate Code of Ethics and the Allstate Investments Code of Conduct
f) Provide Investments Compliance with a complete report of current securities holdings in which the employee has, or acquires, any direct or indirect beneficial ownership. An employee is presumed to be a beneficial owner of securities that are held by his or her immediate “family members” sharing the individual’s household. Household family members include married or common-law spouses, domestic partners, partners defined by civil union and resident dependent children
