Our client, a top national firm, seeks an IP Associate or Patent Agent with experience in patent prosecution. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline required, as well as admission to the Patent Bar. Relevant technological experience with business methods, software, and/or communications-related technologies is preferred. Excellent academics are required.
