Business Objects / GI2 Expert
- 3+ years experience with Genesys Info Mart (any 8.x experience preferred).
- 3+ years experience with Genesys Interactive Insights (any 8.x experiences preferred). xperience with the Genesys Framework, Call Routing, Stat Server
- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects administration, security, backup and restore process
- Experience with all aspects of CMC, CMS and CCM administration, including troubleshooting and tuning
- Several years of relevant work experience installing, maintaining and monitoring BusinessObjects server systems in a clustered environment
- Experience with migrating reports, universes, Dashboards etc. using Import Wizard and LifeCyle Manager
- Ability to troubleshoot performance problems with SAP BusinessObjects software such as Web Intelligence, Universes, Crystal Reports
- Business Objects Universe Design
- Advanced SQL and Oracle Databases
- Understanding of Info Mart detail data and how it is populated within the Info Mart data model
Highly Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with contact center metrics and advanced contact center reporting.
- Extensive Genesys reporting and support experience within a large contact center enterprise.
- Experience with the Genesys Framework, Call Routing, Stat Server, CCPulse, Call Center Analyzer (CCA) and Advisor.
- In depth understanding of SAP BusinessObjects architecture
