DATA CONTROL AUDITOR (QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST)

Primary Function:
  • Audit of files created in Atlas for accuracy as it relates to billing and service delivery.
  • Audit customer equity requests to ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance, while simultaneously ensuring we have all necessary documentation, appropriate signatures, etc
  • Partner with Legal and Operations as new audit parameters are established to remain compliant with our SOX Controls.
  • Compiling, analyzing and interpreting data to monitor performance against established departmental and company service pacts.
  • Attend Client Services team huddles to review trends and patterns that are identified
  • Investigate and resolve transactional service breaks.
  • Maintains regular communication with internal business partners (Operations, Accounts Payable, Legal, File Setup)
  • Work on projects as appropriate to support the business such as data integrity, client audits, file summaries, expense breakdowns, billing breakdowns etc….
  • Analyze tracked data on defects to identify trends either by client, segment or specific data level results.

Qualifications/Selection Criteria:

- Minimum 2-3 Relo experience required

- Minimum of 1-2 years of client services experience preferred

- Minimum of 1-2 years of resource/support group experience (i.e. Relocation Accounting, Billing, A/P) preferred

- Demonstrated leadership skills

- Demonstrated technical skills (i.e. Homesale, Atlas, Microsoft Office) required

- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and manage multiple priorities required
