CashCall, Inc. is expanding the Micro Business Division and is currently seeking an experienced ISO/Payment Processor Marketing Strategist. We are looking to develop core B2B relationships to sell our business loan products to the merchant and other business owners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B business cycle, preferably within the financial lending industry. A strong and committed work ethic, the ability to harness long-term business alliances.

Responsibilities:

Establish reseller partnerships with ISOs, its Agents, and Payment Processors
· Develop training materials and focusing on relationship management
· Direct and lead all activities for developing ISO and Payment Processor partnerships
· Work closely with upper management on key B2B strategies to develop organic leads
· Provide status update on vendor’s pipeline
· Actively source new and existing opportunities with established resources
Requirement:
·
At least 5 years of experience within the B2B and payment processing industry required
· Prior experience with MCAs or lending company preferred
· B2B marketing experience required
· Prior experience dealing with unbanked, and underbanked population would be PLUS
· Capabilities of building new business while leveraging on existing book of business from previous relationships
· Ability to communicate with business owners/decision-makers on key solutions products/services
· Ability to meet and exceed sales metrics while handling multiple accounts and building strategic partnerships with key B2B vendors
· Must have the ability to work full-time, weekends, and holiday with the flexibility of travel
· Must have prior marketing solutions upselling to Banks and ISO’s
· Able to accurately set forecast and business deals projects with upper management
· Extensive understanding of pipeline management
· Prior experience with creating sales campaigns, strategic business plans, and designing innovated consulting solutions
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to meet deadlines consistently
· Ability to read and understand information presented verbally and in writing
· Ability to follow written and verbal directives
· Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
· Execute prudent decisions and review item in a timely manner
· Effectively communicate and engage proactively with all departments and staff
· Strong computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
