We are seeking to hire an IT/IS Manager for our growing and expanding company.

On a daily basis, the IT/IS Manager will be will leading a team of desktop support and network analysts. He or she will also manage vendor relationships and be responsible for formulating and executing our Alert Logic’s corporate technology strategy. They will start with a team of about five to six team members . This person will be reporting to the Information Systems Director.

Build, manage and mentor our internal IT/IS support team responsible for the following:
Corporate LAN
PBX and VOIP solutions
Email server and Desktop Support
Tier 1 internal application support
AV and Video Conferencing
Provide direction and strategy for future Corporate IS initiatives
Manage vendors and vendor relationships
Drive processes and standards around best practices for internal support team

Required Skills:
Must have at least 4 years of experience managing a technical support team
Prior desktop/helpdesk and application support experience
Experience with Network Access Control systems
Solid understanding and experience supporting corporate LAN
Previous management and technical support in small/mid-sized environment
Must demonstrate broad range of technical knowledge
Experience with an ERP system as a user, super-user or application support
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills
Motivated serl-starter with experience working in a growth company

Desired Skills:
Knowledge of wireless networking
Familiarity with or knowledge of Salesforce

Education Requirements:
B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management or equivalent work experience
